Patrick is a communications and marketing consultant with more than 20 years of property industry experience and a track record of delivering strategic campaigns that influence key stakeholders and deliver commercial results.

He brings a wealth of experience to Chelgate having worked for numerous housebuilders, institutional investors, and professional services firms in a variety of in-house and consultancy roles, in areas including public relations, public affairs, stakeholder engagement, corporate communication, and brand promotion.

Having started his career as a journalist, Patrick is a former Director of External Affairs at the British Property Federation, the trade association representing UK’s £500bn real estate sector, and was UK Communications Director at BNP Paribas Real Estate, the leading European property adviser and developer.

Before joining Chelgate, Patrick was Director of Communications at the sustainability charity and consultancy Bioregional, and an account director at the built environment communications consultancy Blackstock PR.

Patrick has worked with built environment clients including FTSE100 housebuilders and commercial real estate investors, major UK insurers and pension funds, private equity-backed property developers, and leading professional services firms.
