Jonathan Ray has led communications and public affairs for large scale urban and greenfield infrastructure projects both at home and overseas. This has included new build universities in the Gulf and Asia, advanced research institutes and laboratories, major student housing developments, sports facilities, and public art installations. These include Sport Central in Newcastle upon Tyne, the Nottingham Jubilee Campus and Innovation Park, KAUST Innovation Park in Jeddah, the Ningbo Campus of Nottingham University, and large student residence developments in Newcastle-Gateshead and across Oxford.

Jonathan also led public relations and communications on behalf of the fifteen National Parks of the UK, with a strong focus on sustainability issues, planning and development in rural communities, land management, nature restoration, tourism and the visitor economy.
