Caitlin Delaney graduated from Cardiff University in 2022 with an International Relations and Politics degree. After graduating, she joined a leading public affairs headhunting firm, based in Westminster, where she specialised in working with transport and infrastructure clients. During her two years as a headhunter, she gained invaluable insight into the needs and public affairs demands of the infrastructure industry.

Caitlin is passionate about levelling up policy and the built environment.

Having joined Chelgate in November 2024, Caitlin is currently working on several housing developments in the east midlands and south east
