We saw an interesting end to 2022 with two projects consented at committee, two new solar assignments, and some staff changes.

Planning committees for 262 homes at Heybridge North Garden Suburb for Bellway and 68 homes at Codicote for Taylor Wimpey were both approved early in the month. We were appointment for a 49.9 MW solar park in Roydon, Epping Forest, and a 35MW solar park near Clacton, in Tendring district.

December saw Tim Moxham join the team as an account executive. He has previously worked in Parliament as a researcher and advisor. At the end of December, Michael Hardware was appointed chief executive, corporate, of Chelgate Limited, heading the corporate practice which includes Chelgate Local.
