With a team of specialists in community, political and stakeholder engagement, Chelgate Local is one of the foremost agencies working in the property communications sector. He has worked for clients including Sainsbury’s, Hammerson, Redrow, Crest Nicholson, Linden Homes, Land Securities, National Grid, Gatwick Airport Ltd, E.On, Wheelabrator, SITA, EDF and more. Julian joins from niche agency, Snapdragon, where he was a company director.

Liam Herbert, managing director at Chelgate, commented: “Our clients entrust us with complex and challenging assignments knowing that we have the experience and expertise to respond to deliver workable solutions. Having known Julian for many years I am delighted that he has joined us at Chelgate.

“Julian will lead our experienced team working on projects across London and the Home Counties and will play a key role in growing the business.”

Julian Seymour said: “Chelgate has built its reputation on delivering effective engagement and innovative strategic solutions in some of the most challenging circumstances for its clients. I’m excited by the prospect of working with a team which already provides clients with the strategic advice needed to resolve underlying problems as well as immediate issues.”
